1. Registration expenses are not included (translation, notary services, official duties, bank commissions, legal address and other expenses depending on the type of legal service).
2. The prices for legal services are indicated in USD, but are paid in Hryvnias as an equivalent determined under the currency rate of NBU as of the date of the agreement.
3. The terms and legal fees for the registration of branches of companies in other cities of Ukraine, except for Kyiv, are to be individually discussed with the client.
4. The Joint Stock Company is divided into two types: public joint stock company and private joint stock company. In case of public joint stock company the terms and legal fees are to be individually discussed with the client depending on the scope of work required.
5. Official duty for the registration of the Representative Office with Ministry of Economy of Ukraine –
2500 USD+commission of the bank for the money transfer.
6. Financial institution is divided into several types: credit institution, financial company, real property operations fund, insurance company, pawn-shop, credit union and others. Every type of credit institution has individual requirements for registration, thus, the terms and legal fees are to be individually discussed with the client depending on the scope of work required.
7. Terms and legal fees depend on the district of Kyiv, balance sheet information, tax or other debts, thus, should be individually discussed with the client.

4.2. State registration of foreign investments
For purposes of financing the projects, development of business structures and creation of work places, companies attract the monetary funds or movable property assets in the form of foreign investments to Ukraine.
On the one hand, the state registration of foreign investment is obligatory in accordance with laws of Ukraine; on the other hand, foreign investor seeks proper protection of his investments and guaranteed mechanisms to safely repatriate his investments in any form, monetary funds or movable property assets.

4.3. Registration of facility (loan) agreements
For purposes of financing the projects, development of business structures and creation of work places, companies also attract the monetary funds or movable property assets in the form of loans or credits.
The facility (loan or credit) agreements must be registered with the National Bank of Ukraine before the actual receipt of the funds under the facility (loan or credit) agreement.
Our services may include: drafting of the facility (loan or credit) agreements, negotiations of the draft with the parties, assistance in signing the agreements, preparation of the documents required for the registration with NBU, the receipt of the registration certificate of NBU.
